Cancelations, Rescheduling, and Missed Appointments
Rescheduling is flexible as long it is done at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
All appointment cancelations/reschedules must happen at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Any appointment that is not canceled/rescheduled in a timely manner will be subject to full payment.
If the appointment is missed, full payment will still be due for the reserved time-slot.
If you have paid for a program or bundle package, and you miss/cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours notice then the session will still be used.
Payments and Refunds
Prices listed with their corresponding service. Prices are subject to change. You will be notified prior to service if prices do change.
All prices include BTW.
Payment is due after each session, unless you have purchased a bundle package or program.
Bundle packages and Programs are to be paid in full after the first session.
Refunds on partially used programs will be prorated at the private training price of €50 per 60 minutes.
Refunds on partially used bundles will be prorated. This means that if you paid €225 for 5 sessions of private training, but only needed 4 sessions and wanted the last session refunded, your refund would be €25.
